Over the past few years I have grown a lot; not only musically, but in virtue. I have had many sleepless nights trying to make sense of this entity I call myself, and the internal struggle to commit to a certain body of work has been difficult to say the least. It's not easy to break through what seems to be a solid brick wall of doubt when one has been complacent for so long. After much "thought" was put into the musical aspect of my life, I concluded that I wasn't creating the music that was really my own, and I needed to re-invent myself. In the fall of 2020, the Mim project was born, and this new journey began. This EP represents a truly vulnerable yet confident side to my personal self, and I spent a year and a half crafting this introductory project I knew I had to be very proud of. That being said, these six tracks are meant to take the listener on a journey through hills, valleys, bridges, mountains, oceans and skies. I have travelled through all of them myself in one way or another.
